YardBond Forevership — Terms of Service

1) Overview

These Terms govern the purchase, use, transfer, and resale of YardBond “Forevership” memberships. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

2) Property Tie‑In

Each Forevership is assigned to a single property address at time of purchase. Services are delivered only at that address unless an approved transfer occurs.

3) Transfer & Resale — 25% of Selling Price Fee
  • Foreverships may be transferred or resold only through YardBond with prior written approval.
  • A fee equal to 25% of the actual selling price is due at transfer approval.
  • Examples:
    • Sell for $100,000 → Fee = $25,000
    • Sell for $5,000 → Fee = $1,250
  • Unauthorized transfers/resales or attempts to bypass YardBond will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
  • Transfer requests must be submitted via the form below with proof of selling price.
4) Service Scope

Lawn Forevership: Mowing, trimming, walkway blowing from May 1 – Nov 1, weekly or as needed.
Snow Forevership: Driveway + primary walkway clearing Dec 1 – Mar 31, triggered at 2”+ of snowfall.
Performed by YardBond‑approved local crews; YardBond sets service days.

5) Refund Policy
  • All sales are final.
  • If YardBond cancels without cause, purchaser receives 100% of original purchase price.
  • No refunds for voluntary cancellations by member.
6) Transfer Restrictions
  • One transfer permitted every 12 months unless YardBond grants an exception.
  • Transfers may be denied if the property is not service‑feasible.
7) Payments & Processing

All payments, including transfer fees, must be made through YardBond’s approved channels. Any attempt to circumvent payment will terminate the membership.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
